「少量でもちゃんと香る？」「塗りすぎると重い？」って気になって、私は最初かなり控えめに使い始めました。結論から言うと、アップルプラリネ系の甘さがしっかりあるので“米粒〜小豆くらいの少量”でも十分満足できました。 私の目安は、両手で小豆1粒くらい（片手なら米粒2〜3つ分）。まずは手の甲にちょんっと出して、手のひら全体に広げる前に 「指先・爪周り」「手の甲の乾燥ゾーン」へ先にのばすと、少量でもムラになりにくいです。特に香りが立ちやすいのは手首〜指の間あたりなので、最後に残った分を軽くなじませる程度でOK。 香りの感じ方は、塗った直後がいちばんふわっと華やかで、しばらくすると肌に近い距離で甘さが残る印象でした。職場や学校など“近距離で香ると困るシーン”なら、少量＋手の甲中心に留めると強く広がりにくいです。逆に外出前に気分を上げたい日は、いつもより少しだけ増やして（小豆1.5粒くらい）手首にも薄くのばすと、香水ほど主張せずに良い感じ。 テクスチャーは写真で見た通り、白いクリームがするっと広がって、べたべたに残りにくいタイプ。私はスマホやPCを触る前だと“完全に塗り込む”のがポイントでした。急いでいる時は、塗ったあとにティッシュで軽く押さえると表面の余分が取れて、香りだけふわっと残りやすいです。 乾燥が気になる人は、日中は少量をこまめに、夜はいつもより多めにして手袋で寝ると手触りが変わります。アップルプラリネの甘い香りが好きなら、まずは少量から試すのがいちばん失敗しにくいと思います。
