「バウンシーチークシャドウ」って名前の通り、チークとアイシャドウを“つなげて”使う前提のパレットなので、まずは塗り方の型を決めると失敗しにくいです。私が一番しっくり来た「使い方」をメモしておきます。 ■基本の使い方（目元→頬で統一感を出す） 1）上段のマット2色：アイホール全体〜目尻下、さらに頬骨の上あたりまで薄く広げます（最初はブラシでふわっと）。 2）下段のラメ入り：明るい方を頬骨の高い位置＆目頭〜黒目上に“ハイライト感覚”で少量。濃い方を頬の中心に置いて、境目をぼかすと立体感が出やすいです。 3）最後に全体をもう一度ぼかす：チークとアイシャドウの境界線が残ると古く見えやすいので、何もついてないブラシでつなぐのがコツ。 ■40代・50代のコツ（濃く見えない入れ方） ・ラメは「面」より「点」で入れる：頬に広げすぎると毛穴が目立つことがあるので、頬骨の一番高い位置に小さく。 ・マットを先に薄く仕込む：頬にいきなり濃い色を置くより、上段マットで“下地”を作ってから下段を重ねると浮きにくいです。 ■パーソナルカラー目安（選び方の参考） ・PK-2 ピンクムース：青み寄りのピンク感が出て、透明感メイクに。ブルベ寄りの人や、甘めの仕上がりが好きな日に。 ・MV-1 スノーモーヴ：しっかりブルベピンクを楽しみたい人向け。くすみピンク系が好きなら候補。 ・BE-1 メルティーベージュ：肌なじみが良くて大人っぽい“お姉さん顔”になりやすい印象。迷ったらベージュ系は使いやすいです。 ・OR-1 パウダリーアプリコット：血色と多幸感が出やすく、黄み寄りメイクに相性◎。 ・PK-1 ウォームピーチ：ピーチ系でやわらかく、ピンクが苦手でも挑戦しやすい中間カラー。 ■仕上がりイメージを近づける小ワザ 同じ色でも「頬はスポンジor指でトントン、目元はブラシでふわっと」にすると、頬だけ濃くなりすぎず統一感が出ました。 ちなみにアイラインは、スーパーシャープライナーEX4.0（ショート筆）みたいに小回りが効くタイプだと、こういう“目元チーク”の日でもライン調整が楽でした。色はBK-1漆黒ブラックで締めるか、BR-2ビターブラウンでやわらかくするかで、同じパレットでも印象が結構変わります。
