How to fight acne prone skin!

I’ve been getting some pimples consistently, when one gets better another flares up.

So far the Medicube toner pads and the mask are helping! The toner pads exfoliate and soothes while the mask, which I use twice a week, tightens pores.

I’m adding a new item, the Prequel Hypochlorous spray for when I go to the gym or outside. I’ll spray some after I come back to keep the bacteria away!!

Any tips you have?? Please share so we can have healthy glowing skin 😊😊

While products like Medicube's Zero Pore Pads, which contain AHA and BHA, can help exfoliate and reduce pores, consistency is key. The use of a hydrating mask can also nurture and tighten skin. Additionally, newly popular products like the Prequel Hypochlorous spray, manufactured from electrolyzed water, serve as a skin-safe antibacterial option, especially convenient for post-workout when bacteria can incite breakouts. To further combat acne, consider incorporating other active ingredients known to address various skin concerns, like salicylic acid for its anti-inflammatory properties or niacinamide for oil control. Lastly, lifestyle changes such as maintaining a balanced diet and staying hydrated play a significant role in the overall health of your skin. Embrace a skincare routine that fits your unique needs, and don't hesitate to consult skincare professionals for tailored solutions.

I had really bad hormonal acne when I stop using birth control, what helped me a lot was to keep my routine small and not to harsh, i usually used water to wash my face, some zinc paste on really bad acne and some good face lotion for the rest of my face
