Microsoft is testing a new feature on Windows 11 that can make many people flinch at launch because it is a full screen that will show up to warn that Microsoft 365 accounts are nearing expiration or have payment problems. If anyone has ever encountered a OneDrive promotion screen or logged in to a Microsoft account when setting up a new machine that many people are annoyed with, this is something in the same way, but this time the focus is on the 365 renewal directly.

This screen is actually called SCOOBE or Second-Chance Out-of-Box Experience, which usually bounces up after we use the machine for a while to set up or press for services again. This cycle is used by Microsoft with 365 notifications directly, so that users do not miss renewals and fix payments immediately.

If it is a common service, when it is near expiration, it usually just sends an email warning, but Microsoft plays a big screen to block the entire machine.
