LINE launches a new feature that many have been waiting for, Unsend, that allows users to cancel missent messages without leaving a trace. In chat, the message is no longer canceled and the other party does not know that the message has been deleted. This feature only supports LINE Premium users for 169 baht per month.

Previously, LINE allowed messages to be canceled within an hour of sending, and even after deleting, they still left a trail in the chat room. In the new feature, Premium users can cancel messages for up to seven days. Trace-free deletion is unnotified. There are no messages in the chat room, but messages must not be read to use this feature.

This feature is only available in 1: 1 chat. Multi-Person Chats, LINE OA, OpenChat, or chat rooms with bots open. If the message is read, even Premium users can cancel it in seven days, they will still display the system message as canceled.
