Microsoft improved the Smart App Control feature on Windows 11 to be easier to use than ever before without having to install a Clean Install system anymore like the first release. Smart App Control, or SAC, is a proactive anti-malware system that Microsoft once described as one of the reasons that the Clean Install installation of Windows 11 makes the machine run faster, because SAC does not rely on file scanning or common antivirus backgrounds processes, but uses real-time app behavior analysis through cloud data and machine learning.

If you find something untrustworthy, the system will block immediately before running. This reduces security risks and saves machine resources along the way, both CPU RAM and I / O systems.
