A little longer, no longer signing in a Microsoft account.
Microsoft may be considering mandatory removal of Sign in Microsoft accounts in the Windows 11 installation process after the requirement became one of the issues that many users have always resented.
.
Although in the last 11 rounds of Windows updates, Microsoft announced several improvements to call out confidence from users. Whether it's easier to relocate Taskbar, reducing the annoyance of Windows Update, as well as improving overall performance, the Microsoft Account forced login during installation remains the same.
.
But the point was starting to show some interesting signs. When Scott Hanselman, Microsoft's vice president who was involved in the development of Windows 11, came forward to comment via X (Twitter), the latter had a user inquire about the possibility of cancelling Microsoft account enforcement, with him briefly stating that he himself did not like it either, and that corrections were underway.
.
The response reflects that within the development team itself it recognizes echoes from users, and that efforts may be made to modify this policy in the future, despite no official confirmation yet from Microsoft on whether to actually repeal such regulations.
.
Currently, users who want to install Windows 11 without using Microsoft Account still rely on Bypass methods, such as using the OOBE\ bypassnro command or tools like Rufus, to avoid such restrictions.
.
It must continue to follow whether Microsoft will decide to change this policy, but the presence of senior engineers is a positive sign that the company is listening more seriously to the voice of its users.
