This is largely due to recent Windows 11 memorabilia, filled with complaining of latency, fussy, UI unevenness, as well as frequent and sometimes accompanied updates restarting at a pace that users did not want, making this declaration seen as more than just a change of approach, but a direct test of Microsoft's confidence.
