Apps I Use To Reduce Anxiety!!

Here are some of the best apps that I have been using to reduce my anxiety and help me to relax when I'm feeling extra stressed out!!

📖Libby - This app is so amazing and I wish more people knew about it! It's completely free to use and it's actually going to save you so much money! You create an account using your local library card number and you instantly have access to thousands of books that are available to read for free on your phone, ipad, or even kindle! I use this to read before bed or in the bath all the time to relax. I love the feeling of starting a new book that I found on booktok or Lemon8!

🍃Calm - this app is great because it is solely dedicated to helping you 'calm' down and de-stress! It has a lot of free content but there is also a premium version if you want even more! It offers guided meditations and it even has little sleep stories that will help soothe your anxiety right before bed.

🌈I Love Hue - this app is more of a game, but it's more calming than most games and is really good at helping you relax. There's no time limit and it doesn't count your mistakes. It's basically a colorful puzzle where you have to match the different shades of beautiful colors to there correct position in a gradient. Also it's free!!

✨SAVE this post for when you need to relax!
