The 2 Most Important Things I Do Before School!

🧘🏻‍♀️ Stretch: Loosens up the body and wakes up the mind before a long day! It's such an easy thing to do and only takes 5-10 minutes, but it makes such a difference in my focus throughout the day!

📒 Plan my day: Writing down tasks helps me stay organized and focused. I like to brain dump everything I need to get done (sometimes I do this the night before, so I can get all my tasks out of my head and sleep better) and then I go through in the morning and organize all my tasks from the most important to least important.
