It happens to the best of us, especially when you're juggling classes, sports, and all the exciting things happening at Booker High here in Sarasota! I wanted to put together a quick guide based on my own experience and what I've seen other Booker High School Tornadoes go through, to help you navigate the locker combination mystery. Because let's be real, getting into your locker shouldn't be a daily struggle! Where to Find Your Locker Combination (or Re-Find It!): Student ID Card/Schedule: Sometimes, especially at the beginning of the year, your locker number and combination might actually be printed on your student ID card or your initial class schedule. Always check there first! It's the easiest place to look. Homeroom Teacher: Your homeroom teacher is usually the first point of contact for anything locker-related. They often have a master list of combinations for their students. Don't be shy; just ask them. They've probably answered this question a hundred times! Main Office/Guidance Counselor: If your homeroom teacher can't help, or if it's later in the semester, the main office or guidance counselor's office should have access to all student locker information. You'll likely need your student ID to verify your identity. This is definitely the go-to if you're in a real bind in Sarasota. Locker Tag (sometimes!): Very occasionally, there might be a small tag inside the locker door with the combination. This is rare for security reasons, but it's worth a quick peek if you've just been assigned a locker at Booker High School. Tips for Remembering Your Combination (Because Brains are Tricky!): Write it Down (Safely!): Don't write it on your hand or a sticky note stuck to the locker! Instead, write your Booker High School locker combination in a planner that you always carry, or if you use your phone for notes, save it in a secure, password-protected app. Just make sure it's not easily accessible to others.
