First song from the ep drops next week 🥹

It feels surreal to finally be at this point, sharing that the first track from my upcoming EP is just a week away! Releasing new music is always a whirlwind of excitement and nerves, but this particular EP feels incredibly special. I've poured so much of my heart into these songs, especially this inaugural track, which is truly a raw #lovesong exploring the beautiful, sometimes messy, dynamics of a #relationship. It’s the kind of tune perfect for those cozy #cuffingseason vibes or just a reflective drive while #singinginthecar. The journey of writing and producing an EP is something else entirely. I remember countless hours spent in my Nashville studio, sometimes just me and my acoustic guitar, sometimes collaborating with incredibly talented producers and musicians. There are those magical moments when a melody just clicks, or a lyric perfectly captures an emotion. And then, there are the more challenging times – the creative blocks that make you want to scream “B*tch you can’t do that!” at your own doubts, or the endless retakes where you hear “Start it over” for the tenth time, all in pursuit of that elusive perfect sound. It’s all part of the artistic process, though, and honestly, those moments of struggle make hearing the final version so much more rewarding. That moment when you finally hear the polished, mastered version of a song you've meticulously crafted over months, or even years, is an indescribable feeling. It’s like watching a child you’ve nurtured finally step out into the world. You’re instantly transported back to all the late nights, the lyrical tweaks, the emotional hurdles you overcame. Sometimes, after a particularly good mix or a breakthrough in the studio, you just feel an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, like “I just popped my pants” (in the best, most celebratory way possible!) because the sound is exactly what you envisioned floating through your head. This EP, primarily conceived and recorded between late 2023 and early 2024, is a deeply personal snapshot of my life and emotions during that period. Each song tells its own distinct story, but collectively, they paint a picture of love, growth, and reflection. As a #singersongwriter, my aim is always to connect, and I’ve been so eager to share this with you all because I believe these stories and feelings are universal. This first song is just a taste of what's to come, and I genuinely can't wait to hear your thoughts. It's been an incredible, sometimes wild, ride getting to this point, and sharing this final version with you next week is the culmination of so much passion and hard work.
