🔽 Steps to attend the event 🔽

1. Register online to select a convenient date and time for blood donation. For blood donors, they must be 17 years old and not more than 70 years old on the day of donation. They weigh more than 45 kg. Registration will be open on April 20, 2026 at 2: 00 pm. For donation on April 27-30, 2026 (walk-in not accepted) at

2. Register with ID card number, name, surname (by ID card), and choose the date and time convenient to donate blood. Please reserve the right for those who enter the name, surname and ID card number to match the real ID card only, and 1 person can register, choose only 1 time and 1 day, not many days.

3. If successfully registered, QR Code will be received. Please put a QR Code screenshot on display to the authorities on the day and time you choose to donate blood at the authentication point on the 1st floor, National Blood Service Center, Anri Dunant Road, and receive a souvenir of Art Toys after donating blood on the 9th floor.

4. Please come 30 minutes before the appointment time to present yourself on the day and time of the blood donation wish, such as those who register around 8: 00 to 9: 00 a.m. should present themselves at 7: 30 a.m.

🔽 Participation conditions 🔽

1. Only pre-registered blood donors are reserved and must donate blood on the date and time of registration.

2. 1 blood donor can register for the date and time of blood donation only 1 time / 1 ID number.

3. Blood donors must be 17 years old to 70 years old on the day of donation. In the first donation case, they must not exceed 60 years old.

4.If you are 60-65 years old, you must be a regular blood donor (at least 1 donation per year) with a minimum of 3 months. If you are 65 years old or older, you must be a regular blood donor (at least 1 donation per year) with a minimum of 6 months.

5. If you are 17 years old on the day of donation, a letter of consent must be obtained from the parents to allow blood donation.

6. Blood donors must weigh not less than 45 kg.

7. Blood donors must be healthy, ready to donate blood. Get enough sleep. Not less than 5 hours.

8. Complete the information before registering.

9. Save a screenshot with QR Code with Booking Number as proof, bring it to display with ID card at the authentication point.

10. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointment time to facilitate your participation.

📍 POP HERO, please share the preparation trick before donating as follows:

- Observe yourself. Feel fine, healthy, ready to donate blood.

- Don't forget!! Must get enough sleep. Not less than 5 hours or more.

- Friends can eat regular meals before donating blood, but avoid high-fat foods such as pork leg rice, chicken rice, coconut milk curry, before donating blood for 6 hours.

- Abstain from alcohol and psychotropic controlled substances before and after donating blood 24 hours.

- Abstain from smoking before and after donating blood for 1 hour.

- There must be no risky sexual behavior.

- If friends have body piercing, ear piercing, skin piercing, acne pressing, tattoo, tattoo removal, acupuncture, or beauty surgery done outside the hospital, leave blood donation for 4 months after the wound has healed and can be donated.

- You can drink 300-500 cc of water 30 minutes before donating blood for good blood circulation, reducing complications before and after donating blood.

- You must not stay between taking certain medicines or herbs. If any of your friends take them, the admin notifies the health screening staff every time for safety.
