Mango Chamoy Recipe

This Mango Chamoy 🥭 sauce is not only delicious but also healthy for you! Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

1 cup dried apricots

1/2 cup prunes

1/2 cup dried hibiscus

2 to 3 tbsp mango powder (start with 2 tbsp and adjust to taste)

1/3 cup chile lime seasoning *or a mixture of mango habanero/chile lime seasoning*

4 cups water

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup honey (or to taste)

*I didn’t add lime juice to this batch because I didn’t have any, but feel free to add some if you’d like. It still turned out perfect!

I love having this with a bowl of fruit every night. It’s great for your digestive system! If you try it, let me know what you think! @Lemon8 Food
