Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp tomato paste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and melted.
