Ingredients:

Chicken:

2 chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness 🍗

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

1 tbsp olive oil 🌿

Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈

1 cup heavy cream 🍶

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Pasta:

12 oz fettuccine or linguine 🍝

Instructions:

Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil, then cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet, let it rest, then slice into strips. 🍗✨

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. 🧄🍶

Cook the Pasta: In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, then add the pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. 🍝
