It's become one of my go-to dinner ideas when I want something satisfying but a little out of the ordinary. Let me share how I make my favorite lamb burgers. It's a recipe that's packed with flavor, and you can easily customize it to your liking. Ingredients you'll need: 1 lb ground lamb ½ small red onion, finely chopped or grated 2 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried) 1 tsp ground cumin ½ tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt (or to taste) 1 large egg (optional, for binding, especially if your lamb is very lean) 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, also for binding) Olive oil for cooking Burger buns of your choice (I love brioche or ciabatta!)
