Coast Peppers with EVOO and place in the oven at 450 for 20 to 25 minutes or until you see a nice black char form on the outside of the peppers.

Place them in a ziplock bag once out of the oven in order to sweet them and the skins will peel away very easy at this point.

Diced up one onion and drizzle EVOO on it as well and it will go in the oven with the peppers as well.

Once the onions are cooled and peppers are peeled you will then diced them and cut up fresh tomatoes and place them all in a bowl with salt and pepper and some more EVOO and you eat it as a semi warm salad thats healthy. #easyrecipes @Lemon8 Food @Lemon8 US @Feature Guide

This week was easy peasy but I felt bad cheating on my Aldi… but what did I tell yall? As adults we learn to pivot and adjust and if I can help just 1 person at the grocery store save money for their family… then it was worth it❤️ I will be trying out different stores to help others far and near.
