Chocolate Chunk Cookies with Butter & Bacon Grease

I made chocolate chunk cookies using BaconUp bacon grease… and now I’m convinced this is the ONLY way to make them. The flavor? Unreal. The texture? Perfect. The reactions? Let’s just say I’ve earned a permanent spot on the party invite list.

Recipe:

1/4 Cup Baconup Bacon Grease

1/4 Cup Butter (Salted or Unsalted) I used salted

1 3/4 Cup Sifted Flour

1/2 Sugar

1/2 Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Egg

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

1/2 Chocolate Chunks but you can use as much as 3/4 cup which I did
