What I eat in a day trying to gain weight:

Breakfast: peanut butter/ Nutella toast w/ banana and honey/ strawberries

Snack: Greek yougurt w/ fruits/ honey/ granola

lunch: (at home chipotle bowl) cilantro rice/ corn salsa/ avocado & cucumber salad/ black beans/ steak w homemade chipotle sauce

dinner: white rice/ steak/ cucumber & avocado salad w spinach

Dessert: homemade cinnamon rolls w cream cheese icing

Everyone always posts tips on losing weight and diets but nobody posts how hard it is to gain weight and bulk while having a fast metabolism. I’m 19yrs old 5’5 and only weight 105 pounds and it took me two years + joining the army to even pass 95lbs now I’m on my bulking journey, I count my calorie intake and workout.
