My goals so far!

I understand that, and I've been told that multiple times. But I want to do this so I can feel good about myself. I'm sick of hating how I look and being my own bully. So, I'm going to get myself the glow up of a life time! wish me luck!

things I wanna work on for now:

-take care of my acne

To effectively take care of acne, consider developing a consistent skincare routine that includes gentle cleansing, non-comedogenic moisturizers, and products with ingredients like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Consulting a dermatologist is also helpful for persistent acne. When it comes to working out for strength, incorporating a balanced routine of resistance training, such as bodyweight exercises or weightlifting, can help you build muscle. Start with manageable workouts and gradually increase intensity to avoid injury and build confidence. Losing belly fat requires a combination of regular cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and mindful eating habits. Emphasizing whole foods, vegetables, lean proteins, and reducing processed sugars can help create a caloric deficit that supports fat loss. Healthier, longer hair growth is often supported by good scalp care and proper nutrition. Using gentle hair care products, avoiding excessive heat styling, and ensuring adequate intake of vitamins like biotin, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids can improve hair quality. Eating healthier doesn't mean strict dieting but rather choosing nutrient-dense foods and creating balanced meals. Planning your meals ahead, limiting refined carbs, and increasing water intake can contribute significantly to feeling better and supporting your glow-up. Remember, patience and self-compassion are key as you work toward these goals. Celebrate small victories along the way, and keep a positive mindset to avoid being your own harshest critic. Your determination to improve your wellbeing is already a major step toward a fulfilling glow-up experience.
