私がいちばん「これ助かる…！」と思ったのが、“口角を上げたいのに口の横幅は小さくしたくない”問題。口が小さめだと、口角を削る＝さらに小さく見えそうで抵抗ありますよね。実際やってみたら、下唇の口角を「消す」のは横幅カットじゃなくて、下がって見える影を消す作業に近いんだなと納得しました。 まずベース作りのコツ。リップ前に唇の輪郭まわり（特に下唇の口角）を薄く整えると仕上がりが変わります。私の場合は、&beのテンシーラーみたいな“オレンジ系”を下唇の口角にちょんっと置いて、内側に向かって軽くぼかすのがやりやすかったです。ここで外側へ広げすぎると口元が重く見えるので、あくまで「下唇の口角だけ」をピンポイントに。 次に、口角が上がって見えるハイライト。上唇の山（キューピッドボウ）にベージュ系を入れると立体感が出て、唇が前に出たように見える＝口角の印象が明るくなります。ギラギラさせたくない日は、ハイライト代わりにベージュ系コンシーラーを極少量使って、指でトントンすると自然でした。 「口を大きく見せるメイク」をしたい時は、横に伸ばすより“上下の厚み”を足すのが近道。上下の唇の中心をほんの少しオーバーめに塗って、ぷっくり感を作ると、正面から見た時に女の子唇っぽく見えます。逆に、リップライナーで口角の外側を描き足して横幅を広げようとすると、線が浮きやすくて不自然になりがちでした。 リップライナーを使うなら、口角を描き足すより「上唇の口角はきっちり」「下唇の口角は避ける」のルールを守るのがポイント。下唇の口角まで色を入れると、影っぽく見えて口角が下がって見えることがあるので、私は下唇の口角は塗り残してOK派になりました。 最後に、よく聞かれる“唇ヒアルロン酸っぽいぷっくり感”をメイクで寄せたい時。グロスを全体に塗るより、上唇の山と下唇の中心だけに重ねると、盛れるのにテカりすぎず写真でも立体感が出ます。口角が上がって見えるメイクは、ちょっとした塗り分けで差が出るので、ぜひ片側だけ試してBefore/Afterで比べてみてください。
