Baby Daddy/Momma Spread
The emotional ribbon that was still attached to my ex and his family was still there after divorce. Whereas I didn't realize that was the reason I could not get past their antics, I started realizing that after 10 years of brainwashing and manipulation I was still attach without physically being involved with them. I realized all of the arguments that when unfinished where still pent up in my subconscious and in my emotional response to them. So am I stuck in that mindset forever? Not this queen! I went to what I know would give me relief in the long run... My Spirituality and Spiritual Gifts. I remembered I am able to ask my paternal and maternal ancestors message to me, just as important I also consult my children's hearts. Lastly, I ask for guidance on whether my approach is helping or hurting. After my ancestors have spoken, I close my eyes and imagine the whole family on a boat with a ribbon attached to my heart. With each breath out I blow the boat further and further out of sight. With each breath in I imagine the ribbon dissolving. I did this until the ribbon was completely gone and so was him and his family. As I continue to do this, now in preparation for their presence in any form, I have realized the antics need boundaries but I no longer need to give the explanation. Free Yourself and dissolve the Ribbon! Stand up and make your boundaries knowing that your explanation is a luxury to them. Your peace is precious 💕 and so are those children protect them. 👑
