HOW I GREW MY GLUTES FOR SUMMER

If you're anything like me, you weren't blessed with nice glutes... you gotta put in WORK for it. These are the BEST tips I could give to anyone trying to grow their glutes in the gym. - have designated days in the gym JUST for glute growth, and still integrate at least 2 leg days into your split as well - FOCUS ON YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE!! you cannot effectively grow any muscles without consuming the proper amount of protein, this is so important Remember, every body is different and some people will naturally have an easier time growing certain muscles, it's just genetics! Don't be hard on yourself, stay consistent!
