If you’re going to make any mango recipe it needs to be mango mochi. 🥭 This recipe is very beginner friendly and fun to make! Mine isn’t perfect but that doesn’t matter because it tastes amazing.

Ingredients:

100 ml water

1/2 Cup glutinous rice flour

2 Tbsps granulated sugar

2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Step 1:

Whisk the ingredients in a bowl except the powdered sugar and pour into a small pot or to a microwave safe bowl.

Step 2:

Either cook on medium heat for 3-5 whisking often until it’s too thick to stir anymore or microwave for 30 seconds then taking it out to stir until it’s thick enough.

Step 3:

Spread powdered sugar onto cutting board and roll dough out into a flat piece. The powdered sugar will help it from sticking to your hands.

Step 4:

Place large piece of mango onto middle of flattened dough in full sides in. Then flip this over for your mango mochi.
