How to Make Pumpkin Pureè for Cozy Season

Welcome to the beginning of my series on how to cook with pumpkin. 🎃 🎥 I am showing you how to make homemade pumpkin pureè and cook with it. 🙂 Feel free to use any squash you have available to you. I have 3 more pumpkin recipes on the way so stay tuned! 😋

Squash are a great staple for your kitchen because they last for weeks, are affordable and so versatile. 🍽

Step 01:

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cut pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and guts

Step 02:

Drizzle with 2 tbsps olive oil, a pinch salt and pepper

Step 03:

Cover with foil and roast the pumpkin for 45 minutes.

Step 04:

Scoop out the pumpkin and blend into a pureè using a blender or food processor. That’s it! Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
