私が行って「ここ、1日つぶせる…！」と思ったのが、スパ＆ホテル舞浜ユーラシアの“温泉→岩盤浴→休憩→ごはん”の流れが全部館内で完結するところでした。舞浜駅から無料シャトルバスで約7分なので、ディズニー周辺で「泊まらないけど疲れを取りたい」「ホテルステイ気分を味わいたい」人にも使いやすいです（運行時間は事前に公式で確認がおすすめ）。 リニューアル後の推しは、やっぱり新しくできた【SPA＋】。カップルで一緒に入れる岩盤浴が4種類あって、体の芯からじわっと温まる感じ。岩盤浴のあとに展望サウナや温泉に移動すると“ととのい”が加速しました。サウナが本格的で、汗をかいたあとに温泉でゆっくりできるのが最高です。源泉掛け流しの温泉をはじめ、いろんなお風呂を湯めぐりできるので、同じ施設内でも気分転換できます。 休憩スペースもかなり強くて、漫画が約2,000冊読み放題。岩盤浴で温まったあとにゴロゴロしながら漫画…が気持ちよすぎて、正直「動けない（笑）」状態になりました。デートで行くなら、最初に温泉でさっぱり→SPA＋でしっかり温まる→休憩で漫画、の順が個人的におすすめです。 食事はビュッフェ（レヴァンティーナ）も楽しめます。朝食ビュッフェは口コミが気になる人も多いと思いますが、私は「朝からちゃんと満足できる」印象でした。和洋いろいろ選べて、旅先の朝にありがたいラインナップ。夜はお刺身やステーキなど“ご褒美感”のあるメニューもあって、スパ後のごはんが一段とおいしく感じました。 客室を検討している人向けに補足すると、舞浜ユーラシアはホテル利用もできるので、日帰りで満喫してから泊まって翌朝ビュッフェ…というプランも良さそう。部屋タイプ（例：デラックスユーラシアルーム）や眺望、混雑しやすい時間帯は予約前に公式と口コミを照らし合わせると安心です。 料金は「入館料＋（必要なら）SPA＋＋（食事）」で組み立てるイメージ。私は岩盤浴をつけて正解でした。次行くなら、時間に余裕を持って“温泉テーマパーク”として丸1日使うつもりです。
