Start saving more money by getting organized!

A huge first step for me on saving money was getting organized!

1. Get coupon organizers- I recommend investing in something that will help you along the way. I got the notebook pictured at Goodwill and it helps me keep my coupons organized because it can get wild! I also have a little coupon bag with me with coupons I may need on hand.

2. Organizing your receipts- most days I go to 2-3 stores so my receipts pile around the house. I got a file organizer and started separating them between stores and it’s a lot easier now for me to find receipts when I need them! I keep them for months in case I find additional rebates on items!

3. Organizing your phone- can’t say this one enough. We spend majority time couponing on our phone now and with so many store apps and couponing apps, it gets a little wild. So I recommend spending some time organizing your phone in ways it can help you when it comes to couponing!

4. Adding pages to your Home Screen- this was a random thought last week! I open numerous websites a day through safari and I thought, what if I could save a few clicks? 💡

5. Write down your break downs! It’s hard to do but will help in the long run. You also want to make sure couponing won’t put you into debt! (Comment down below if you want me to make a post on that🍋)

... Read moreSaving money effectively often begins with organization. In today's fast-paced world, organizing your finances and couponing strategies can lead to substantial savings. First, consider investing in coupon organizers. From notebooks to small bags for essential coupons, having a designated place for your coupons prevents chaos. Next, organizing receipts is crucial. Avoid clutter by employing a file organizer, sorting them by store, which makes it easy to track purchases and rebates. Additionally, keep your phone organized. As many users rely on various couponing and store apps, it helps to have them neatly categorized for quick access. Create a folder for all your couponing apps, allowing easier navigation during shopping trips. Another helpful tip is to add frequently visited websites to your phone's home screen, streamlining your shopping process. Finally, maintaining a breakdown of your expenses can aid in budgeting. Although writing down your spendings may seem tedious, this practice ensures that couponing remains a beneficial activity rather than leading to debt. Explore these organization strategies to make every penny count and ensure your savings soar!
