Breakfast Taco Bake!

Ingredients:

Tater tots

Ground sausage (I used turkey sausage)

Taco Seasoning

Queso Cheese

Shredded Cheddar

Pico De Gallo

Sour Cream

Lettuce (optional)

Cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

Bake tater tots on a sheet pan until done/ crispy @375 degrees

Brown the sausage and add the taco seasoning according to the package.

Layer the sausage on top of the tater tots and add the queso and cheese. Place back in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.

Top with pico de gallo and sour cream.

Cut and serve with optional ingredients.
