I have recently started my journey with sourdough breads. I have always enjoyed creating a delightful array of sweet pastries. Each loaf and pastry is made from scratch, using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to ensure freshness and exceptional taste.
As a teacher, I’ve always believed in the power of community and learning. My journey into baking has been one of love, patience, and continuous discovery, and I’m eager to share this passion with all of you.
