Truth is my weight fluctuates which at times, causes me to be so critical of my appearance. I’ve learned to manage my emotions and not to be so hard on myself. I’ve learned how to dress for my in-between weight fluctuations 😅
I learned how to mentally be better to myself when on a diet. I used to be soooo harsh not only to myself but with people around me. I would COUNT EVERY SINGLE CALORIE even in restaurants or at happy hours😩🥲😅
