Hello, my nickname is Liangcheng, 25 years old, from Yunnan Province, China. I have lived in Thailand for one year. The reason why I decided to work and invest in Thailand is because I see agricultural trade opportunities between Thailand and China. I am currently engaged in a vegetable export business. I believe that Thailand is a country of steady business growth.

When I lived in Thailand, I was very impressed by the Thais because the Thais were kind and generous and made me feel warm and happy to live and work here, but my business was sometimes tired and discouraged, and the economic situation of China was part of my decision to look for opportunities for foreign business.

"3. Linked to the principle of sovereignty."

The principle of sovereignty refers to the supremacy of the state to govern the country, legislate, enforce laws, and consider cases within its territories.

Interviewee: Although a Chinese national, when entering Thailand to live and do business, the interviewee is subject to Thailand's sovereignty, such as alien, investment and business laws. The government authority has the authority to issue visas, work permits and control immigration. If you commit an offence in Thailand, the Thai courts have the authority to try Thai law.
