[Ako] White Mediterranean Sea spreading in Hyogo
The moment I saw the sea at the end of the slope, my walking speed slowed down a little.
White walls and cobblestone streets, small shops lined up here and there.
Even though you are just walking, you feel like you are traveling to a seaside city somewhere far away.
As you go down the slope, the sea gradually approaches, and after walking while feeling the sea breeze, you will find the blue Seto Inland Sea.
Instead of rushing to the destination, I stop every time I find a scenery that interests me.
It was a place where even such a detour was fun.

赤穂の街を訪れた際、私はこの白い壁が印象的な坂道をゆっくりと散歩しました。石畳の細い道を歩くたびに、まるで古き良き地中海の港町に迷い込んだかのように感じ、時間がゆったりと流れるのを実感しました。坂の上から海が見えた瞬間、心から穏やかな気持ちになり、歩く速度を自然と落としてしまいます。 地元のカフェや小さなショップも点在しているので、寄り道しながら赤穂の歴史と文化を感じるのにぴったりの場所です。特に「きらきら坂」と呼ばれるこのエリアは、石畳が太陽の光を受けてきらめき、その美しさに何度も足を止めてしまいました。 瀬戸内海の穏やかな青い海と潮風が心地よく、都会の喧騒を忘れたいときにもおすすめの散歩スポットです。バス停「御崎」からアクセスも便利で、入場無料のため、気軽に訪れること ができます。晴れた日には海辺のカフェでゆったり過ごすのも最高の過ごし方です。 写真好きには映えスポットとしても人気があり、多くの旅行者や地元の人が訪れているので、季節ごとに違う景色を楽しめます。私自身、この街の温かい雰囲気と美しい景観に魅了され、何度も訪れたくなる場所となりました。赤穂に訪れる際は、ぜひこの白い地中海のような街並みを散策し、心地よい時間を過ごしてみてください。
