Weekly recap 🫶

Wow!!! Last full week of April, holy smokes Batman 😮‍💨

Well anyways I have a very productive week. I’ve worked out for almost a month now, so I got my energy back and my creativity back.

On Saturday my family and I went for a walk, it was supposed to be a walk. It turned into a jog. The kids rode their scooters and my husband and I jogged. Since I haven’t ran in a long time it was a walk/jog. I finished 5K, that wasn’t my plan. I just wanted to jog. So I’m very proud of myself.

Yesterday my family and I went to Jungle Jim’s. It was my first time going there since living in Ohio. Omg!! This place is amazing. They have foods from all over the world. They a bit of everything for everyone even your pets. I love the bathrooms 🤣🤣

Highlights of our visit included delicious samples and discovering new ingredients to experiment with in our own kitchen. Plus, the uniquely themed restrooms added unexpected humor to our trip! This week has highlighted the importance of blending fitness with family fun, reminding us that our health journeys can be enjoyed together.
