One more to go!
Using waxed thread and a curved needle is interesting and definitely takes some getting used to.
The other one though, I will probably have to seam rip and re-sew the whole thing to fix the loose/breaking threads.

When it comes to leather sewing, mastering the art of stitching can greatly influence the durability and appearance of your projects. Using waxed thread not only secures your seams better but also adds a layer of protection against wear and tear. The curved sewing needle is particularly advantageous for reaching tight spots and creating clean stitches, especially on rounded edges typical in leather holsters. For those beginning their journey in leather repair, patience is key. Seam ripping might sound daunting, but it allows you to correct mistakes and achieve a polished finish. By practicing different stitching techniques, such as backstitching or saddle stitching, you can enhance your craftsmanship and produce resilient handmade leather goods.
