This mochi cream rice cake went viral in Korea and we were excited to find out it finally arrived in the US via @hmartofficial

The outer rice cake part is soft and deliciously chewy and inside is packed with the cream filling which tastes like a mix of lightly sweetened fluffy whipped cream and cream cheese. Then the whole rice cake is coated with delicious castella (Korean sponge cake) crumbs.
