On Day 3 of our summer family Reunion, we had Saeng-Galbi-Gui which is basically cooking beef without marinating and dip in sesame oil and salt just before eating. Most of the meat were Costo choice short ribs which is more affordable for a large gathering. My sister has a secret of making this meat into gold.

We also had a small batch of Wagyu rib meat too but honestly my sister’s special technique made choice almost better. Maybe we will share her secret in the near future.
