My sister came over and made us this 20 topping Vietnamese inspired dinner for us. It was deliciously refreshing, perfect for a hot summer night.

The toppings were grilled brisket, grilled spam, blanched shrimp, rolled eggs, Korean chives, red pepper, yellow pepper, orange pepper, cucumber, avocado, pineapple, pickled radish, perilla leaves, carrots, apples, purple cabbages, onion, crab meat, leafy greens and spicy pineapple salsa.
