🍕 Pizza Shop Work Experience Review (2 and a Half Months)

Career / position:
💼 Pizza restaurant staff. Kitchen.
💼 Texture:
• Prepare raw materials, make pizza, enter the stove, prepare dishes
• Get orders, help with kitchen work, and team work
• Race against time, especially during peak periods
• Strictly follow shop standards
💰 Salary / welfare:
• Legal hourly wages
• Staff food / product discount available
• Very experienced service
👍 Things like:
• Learn the real restaurant system
• Teach to work fast, thoughtful and disciplined
• Have trained patience, pressure.
• Some colleagues are helpful.
👎 What not to like:
• Very accelerated work, especially a lot of customers
• High pressure. Small mistakes are warned.
• Energy runs out quickly, physically and mentally tired
• Sometimes you feel like you're not good enough.
📌 What has been learned.
• Service is not easy. It requires both physical and mental strength.
• Communication is very important. If you don't speak clearly, work will stumble.
• We're not fit for every job, and that's not a failure.
• Dropout doesn't mean we don't fight, but we know our limits.

Even two and a half months and decided to leave.
But this experience made it known
We should choose a job that suits ourselves and our long-term health.

ถ้าคุณเสิร์ชหา “ภาพพิซซ่าการ์ตูน” ส่วนใหญ่จะมี 2 เป้าหมายหลักๆ คือ 1) เอาไปใช้เป็นรูปประกอบงาน/ป้าย/สไลด์/โพสต์ หรือ 2) หาไอเดียวาดรูปน่ารักๆ ให้ดูเป็นฟีลอาหารจานโปรด เราเลยขอแชร์ทริคแบบคนทำงานร้านพิซซ่ามาจริง ว่าถ้าอยากให้ “ภาพพิซซ่าการ์ตูน” ดูสมจริงและน่ากิน ควรใส่รายละเอียดอะไรบ้าง 1) เลือกทรงพิซซ่าการ์ตูนให้ชัด (ทั้งถาด vs 1 ชิ้น) - ถ้าวาด “ทั้งถาด” ให้เน้นวงกลม + ขอบแป้งหนานิดๆ จะดูนุ่มน่ากิน - ถ้าวาด “1 ชิ้น” ให้ทำปลายชิ้นเป็นสามเหลี่ยม แล้วเติมเส้นชีสยืดๆ จะดูเป็นพิซซ่าทันที (เราเจอบ่อยมากตอนชีสละลายในเตาร้อน) 2) รายละเอียดที่ทำให้ภาพดูเป็นพิซซ่าจริง (อิงจากงานครัว) ตอนทำงานครัวจะมีขั้น “เตรียมวัตถุดิบ/ใส่ท็อปปิ้ง/เข้าเตา/จัดกล่อง” ถ้าจะทำเป็นภาพการ์ตูนให้น่ารัก ลองใส่ดีเทลเหล่านี้: - จุดสีน้ำตาลไหม้เล็กๆ บนชีส (เหมือนอบเสร็จใหม่ๆ) - ขอบแป้งมีไฮไลต์เงา ทำให้ดูกรอบนอกนุ่มใน - ท็อปปิ้งเรียงเป็นแพตเทิร์น เช่น เปปเปอร์โรนีเป็นวงๆ หรือเห็ดเป็นครึ่งวง - เส้นแบ่ง 6–8 ชิ้นบนถาด (ฟีลพิซซ่ามาตรฐานที่เห็นในร้าน) 3) โทนสีที่ทำให้ “พิซซ่าการ์ตูน” น่ากิน จากประสบการณ์ทำพิซซ่า สีที่คนเห็นแล้วหิวคือ: - ชีส: เหลืองอ่อน + เงาส้มบางๆ - ซอส: แดงอมส้ม ไม่แดงจัดเกินไป - แป้ง: ครีมอ่อน + ขอบน้ำตาลทอง ถ้าอยากให้ภาพดูคิวท์ขึ้น ให้เพิ่มแก้มชมพู/ตาวาวแบบการ์ตูนลงบน “ชิ้นพิซซ่า” ได้เลย 4) ไอเดียคีย์เวิร์ด/คำค้นสำหรับหา “ภาพพิซซ่าการ์ตูน” ให้ตรงใจ - พิซซ่าการ์ตูนน่ารัก, pizza cartoon, cute pizza illustration - ไอคอนพิซซ่า, pizza icon, sticker พิซซ่า - ภาพพิซซ่ามินิมอล, line art pizza - พิซซ่าชีสยืด การ์ตูน (ถ้าชอบฟีลอบใหม่ๆ) 5) ถ้าจะเอาไปใช้จริง ระวังเรื่องลิขสิทธิ์นิดนึง ถ้าใช้ทำรายงาน/สไลด์ในโรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ซีเรียส แต่ถ้าใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ (ทำโลโก้ร้าน/ทำสติ๊กเกอร์ขาย) แนะนำให้ใช้ภาพที่ระบุว่าใช้ฟรี หรือวาดเองจะปลอดภัยสุด สุดท้าย ถ้าคุณสนใจงานพาร์ทไทม์ร้านพิซซ่าด้วยเหมือนเรา ขอฝากไว้ว่า “ในครัวงานแข่งกับเวลา” มากจริง โดยเฉพาะช่วงพีค และเตาร้อนมากๆ แต่ข้อดีคือได้สกิลความเร็ว ความรอบคอบ และการทำงานเป็นทีมแบบจัดเต็ม ใครชอบทั้งพิซซ่าและอยากเก็บประสบการณ์ งานนี้ให้บทเรียนเยอะมากค่ะ
