Here we are, coming into the home stretch of 2025, and with it, we have another incredible Member of the Month!
This month, we are proud to celebrate the always amazing, Angela!
She's been with us for just over a year now, and is closing in on the vaunted century mark with Hits. She has come a long way from when she joined us in September of last year, and we never know if she's going to show up with her hair down, like in her MOTM picture, or spiked up in a mohawk to match the energy she brings into the studio every single time.
What is it that makes her unique and keeps her coming back? We're glad you asked, because we asked her those same questions, and here's what she had to say.
1. Is there a station that you enjoy most, and why?
My favorite station is Bob, of course! It's a chance for me to practice my form and my favorite moves. And who doesn't love hearing everyone cheer you on for the last 15 seconds!? 🥳
2. What motivates you to keep coming back to 30 Minute Hit?
I keep coming back to 30 Minute Hit because of the way I feel EVERY time I HIT. I feel stronger and happier. I love the community that Kim has created! I feel those effects all throughout my day.
3. What advice would you give to someone who is considering trying out 30 Minute Hit for the first time?
Just do it! I fell in love after the first HIT. No matter your level, the trainers are there to help. I have chronic pain, and I feel supported in my condition with the alterations the trainers give me during my workout.
