#letschat about being constantly exhausted
I know I am not the only one who struggles with constant tiredness.
Part of it comes with age, part of it comes with the “hustle culture” we like to promote, so comes from work, or mom life. Honestly, I make so many jokes like “I wish I could be a sleep” not asleep— a sleep. I wish sometimes I could climb up on a cloud for a couple hours and just go blank with sleep.
That is not my reality as of now, so I use coffee, Mio energy, tea, and sometimes just pure will to keep it pushing through the days.
I am either super tired, sad & grouchy OR I am feeling guilty because I slept in and don’t have enough time to get my intended plans done.
PLEASE Comment Below: what are yall doing to inspire more sleep or less exhaustion.
Recently, I got some Magnesium gummie supplements that have been helping me get more quality rest. I have had multiple people try them so I know I am not imagining it. I have this step in the right direction but, I still feel Iike something is missing.
Well, we’ll have another Crispina Chat soon. TTYL , <3
Frequent exhaustion is a common issue affecting many, especially in today's fast-paced world. Understanding the root causes can help in finding effective solutions. Factors such as lifestyle, stress, and even dietary habits play a significant role in how rested we feel. Many individuals face the pressure of hustle culture which can lead to burnout. Incorporating relaxation practices, such as mindfulness or yoga, can significantly enhance your quality of sleep. Additionally, exploring natural supplements, like magnesium, has shown to improve sleep quality. Various studies suggest magnesium helps regulate neurotransmitters that send signals throughout your nervous system, leading to deeper, more restorative sleep. Keeping a consistent sleep schedule is also crucial—going to bed and waking up at the same time daily can improve sleep quality. Don't hesitate to reach out to others for support; discussing fatigue can normalize the experience and help find communal solutions. Encouraging dialogue around sleep struggles can strengthen community bonds and lead to collective self-care improvements.

If I am exhausted at the wrong time, I go for a brisk walk. It gets me to get my steps in and when I’m done, I’m fully of energy. I also had to change my diet. I now eat things that my body needs and is easily able to burn and I try not to overeat.
