จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ผมเคยทำเว็บใหม่ หลังจากที่ปรับ UI/UX ตามแนวทางนี้พบว่าผลลัพธ์ดีขึ้นมาก ปกติถ้าเว็บดูรกเกินไป ผู้ใช้จะออกจากเว็บเร็ว แต่เมื่อจัดการใช้สีหลักไม่เกิน 3 สี จัดระเบียบฟอนต์และย่อหน้าให้อ่านง่าย สร้างความโล่งสบายตาด้วยการเว้นช่องระหว่างเนื้อหา รวมถึงเมนูและปุ่มต่างๆ ที่ชัดเจนและโดดเด่นขึ้น ก็ช่วยให้ผู้ชมอยู่ในเว็บนานขึ้นจริงๆ สิ่งที่ผมเน้นมากคือการเพิ่มลูกเล่นเล็กๆ อย่าง Animation และ Hover ให้เว็บไม่ดูนิ่งจนเกินไป แต่ยังคงความเรียบง่าย ทำให้เว็บมีความเป็นมิตรและน่าสนใจมากขึ้น ภายในระยะเวลาไม่นานก็เห็นอัตราการคลิกและการมีส่วนร่วมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน ถ้าใครคิดว่าเว็บไซต์ของตัวเองยังดูธรรมดาเกินไป หรือผู้เข้าเว็บไม่ค่อยอยู่นาน ลองเริ่มจาก 5 ขั้นตอนนี้ดูครับ ใช้เวลาปรับไม่นานแต่เห็นผลจริง เป็นการลงทุนที่คุ้มค่าซึ่งช่วยยกระดับภาพลักษณ์เว็บไซต์และเพิ่มโอกาสทางธุรกิจได้อย่างดี สุดท้าย การเลือกสีและฟอนต์ที่เหมาะสมทำให้เว็บดูน่าเชื่อถือ ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของ UX ที่ดี อย่าลืมทดสอบกับผู้ใช้งานจริงและเก็บ Feedback เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมเรื่อยๆ รับรองว่าเว็บจะไม่น่าเบื่อและยังทำให้ผู้ใช้รู้สึกว่า "อยากใช้" แทนที่จะแค่ "ใช้ได้" เท่านั้น
