The user is not angry because of the Error system, but because he does not know what is going on and what to do.

A good Error design is not just to say it's wrong, but to help users solve problems easily, reduce confusion, and build confidence in the system's implementation.

Errors from business rules, such as

- The list cannot be canceled after maturity.

Use friendly text with a guide button such as Add Data, Refresh, Start or Clear Filter

🎯 UX / UI Best Practice

- Make clear what's going on and what users should do next.

- Use easy-to-understand language. Avoid unnecessary technical messages.

- Offer help buttons such as Retry, Go Back, Refresh or Contact Support

- Use colors and icons to communicate meaning such as 🔴 Error, 🟡 Warning, and 🔵 Information.

- Do not leave blank pages without explanation. Empty State should be designed to help navigate users.

- If it is a system error, it should be politely notified and not make the user feel it is their fault.
