it’s so great to take some time off just going with the flow and disconnecting from the stress of the week which is exactly what I did today :) ☀️ a much needed reset which consisted of:

~eating (mostly) healthy and staying hydrated

~being active by walking around

~enjoying nature and being mindful

~exploring a new place spontaneously

~spending time with people close to me, especially my dog, Angie 🥰
