Girl Talk-I’ve been MIA

I’ve been working a full time job, being a mom, and balancing life. Still on my journey of weight loss. Sadly, I have not seen the scale move but I’ve noticed my clothes fit differently! I feel stronger!

But sometimes when I look in the mirror I see my mid-section and I dislike what I see. I want to be thinner!! I was again reminded that I’ve come so far from where I started and it’s ok to feel self conscious! So I’m going to keep pushing through this journey!
