Simple & Low Effort makeup routine
I am not one of the ones that spends tons of time and energy on my makeup everyday. Not that I have anything against that- it’s just not my thing lol.
I will do a little more for special occasions but most of the time- it’s super basic and sometimes I just shade my brows, and throw on some mascara. 🤷🏻♀️
Makeup is also not cheap and I don’t like to buy a bunch of products that are going to mess with my skin 😵💫
As a 35 year old- this has been my go to makeup routine for like 3 years. 😂
I've found that keeping my makeup routine straightforward not only saves time but also helps maintain healthier skin. Starting with a hydrating milky toner infused with snow mushroom and hyaluronic acid really preps and improves my skin barrier, creating a perfect canvas before makeup. For a subtle enhancement, I usually just shade my brows with a powerbrow gel that defines without feeling heavy, then add a few coats of mascara. On some days, I like to add a touch of eyeliner in the corners to brighten my eyes subtly. Choosing multi-functional products like concealers that offer coverage and brighten the under-eye area, combined with loose setting powder, helps set everything without looking cakey. I often finish with bronzer drops and a nude gloss to give my face a natural glow and hydrated lips without the fuss. This routine is budget-friendly and avoids overloading the skin with too many products, which suits those with sensitive or normal to dry skin types. It’s been my go-to for years and keeps me feeling fresh and confident without spending too much time or money.
