• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.

3. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.

4. Layer the ham evenly over the rolls, then top with the provolone slices.

5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.

6. Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, and salt.

7. Brush the herb butter generously over the tops of the rolls.

8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

9. Remove the foil and bake another 5-8 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is perfectly melted.

Serve warm and watch them disappear!

✨ Leftover Hack (Trust Me!): this is what makes them TWO FACED! 😂

If you somehow have leftovers, they’re incredible the next morning! Warm them up in the air fryer or oven until lightly crisp, dust them with powdered sugar, and serve alongside your favorite raspberry or strawberry jam for dipping. It sounds unexpected, but the sweet Hawaiian rolls paired with the savory ham and melty cheese are absolutely delicious with a touch of sweetness!!

Would you try them savory… or are you brave enough to give the sweet version a shot?

... Read moreThese Ham & Provolone Hawaiian Roll Sliders are truly a crowd-pleaser, combining the savory flavors of Black Forest ham and melted provolone cheese with the irresistibly soft sweet Hawaiian rolls. One of my favorite things about this recipe is how versatile it is—you can customize the meat, cheese, or seasonings to fit your taste or what you have on hand. What really elevates these sliders is the buttery herb mixture brushed on top before baking. This not only adds great aroma but also gives the rolls a wonderful golden crust. The combination of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parsley creates a balanced flavor that complements the sweetness of the rolls and richness of the cheese. Now, here’s a tip worth sharing: if you happen to have leftovers, don’t just toss them! Reheat the sliders in an air fryer or oven until they get a little crispy on the outside. Then, dust them lightly with powdered sugar and dip them into a fresh raspberry or strawberry jam. This sweet-savory contrast is surprisingly addictive and turns your usual savory sliders into a delightful breakfast or snack option. Serving these sliders warm right from the oven ensures the cheese is perfectly gooey, and the rolls are soft and buttery. I usually prepare these for game days or casual gatherings, and they disappear fast! The sweet Hawaiian rolls paired with savory ham and cheese offer a unique experience that’s both comforting and a bit unexpected. If you’re feeling adventurous, try swapping out the ham for turkey or roast beef, or use different cheese varieties like Swiss or cheddar to mix up the flavors. The easy prep and baking process make this recipe accessible, even for beginners in the kitchen. Plus, it works well for meal prep—just assemble ahead, refrigerate, and bake when ready to serve. Overall, these two-faced sliders are an excellent example of how a simple meal can be turned into something fun and memorable with just a few creative twists. Whether you’re looking for a quick weeknight dinner, a party appetizer, or a make-ahead snack, these sliders check all the boxes. Give both the savory and sweet leftover versions a try to experience the best of both worlds!
