Delicious Dessert!

What could be more fun than dessert egg rolls!

Crispy, and delicious!

You can even go a step further and add some vanilla ice cream or whipped topping! 🤌🏼

📝 Prep steps:

-Dice 3-4 large apples (I used honeycrisp)

-Add in these ingredients and mix well:

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbsp cornstarch

2-3 tbsp brown sugar (or to liking)

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp lemon juice

Once everything is combined, add to egg roll wrappers and you’re ready to cook! 👩🏻‍🍳

These can also be frozen and stored!
