Unintentionally did 75 Hard 🙈

When I signed up, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d stick with it. I just took it one day at a time, and somewhere along the way it became an addiction.

I quickly realized my body needed more movement to help with the soreness and warm up before class, so I started with 10-minute walks in the parking lot. Today, I’m able to get in 2 miles before class and another mile afterward.

I feel stronger, more energized, and more confident than when I started. The classes never got easier, I just got stronger.

75 Pilates classes in 93 days 🥂

Next stop: 100 classes. 💛

... Read moreStarting a fitness challenge like Pilates daily can feel overwhelming, but breaking it down into manageable steps really helped me stay consistent. Initially, I struggled with muscle soreness and low energy, so incorporating short 10-minute walks before my Pilates sessions made a huge difference. These walks essentially acted as a warm-up, allowing my muscles to loosen up and reducing discomfort during class. As days went by, I noticed my endurance improved, pushing me to walk further—eventually reaching 2 miles before and another mile after each class. Through this process, I also learned that Pilates is not just about physical strength, but mental resilience. Even when the classes felt tough, reminding myself that progress is measured daily kept me motivated. My energy levels increased, and I felt more confident in my body’s capabilities. An important takeaway is that the routines never necessarily get easier; instead, your strength and stamina rise to meet the challenge. For anyone interested in starting a similar fitness journey, I recommend listening to your body, prioritizing recovery, and celebrating small wins along the way. The ritual of consistent movement, which I like to think of as a personal reform, goes beyond exercise—it shapes mindset and lifestyle. Next up, I’m aiming to hit 100 classes and can’t wait to see how far this journey takes me!
