Before you really read this, note that creating and following your own fitness plan created by ChatGPT requires a lot of discipline that (I must admit) I do not have at this point in my life. I’m so grateful for my fiancé who consistently and lovingly encourages me to be my best self for us and our future. I am losing weight to ensure my body is healthy enough to carry without avoidable complications. It’s been a journey since childhood but so has wanting to be a pregnant mama one day.

SO WITH ALL THAT SAID—

Here is the prompt I input into ChatGPT to get my fitness and meal plan:

“Act as a personal fitness and nutrition trainer and create a fitness and nutrition plan for a 30 year old black woman who weighs 295 pounds, whose goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. Provide her with easily accessible nutritional options following a protein-forward, mostly vegetarian diet with chicken and fish options. Also provide her with workouts that can be done both at home and at a Planet Fitness gym.”
